What is the typical delivery timeframe for orders?

Delivery times are estimated aroung 8-12 weeks but may vary depending on the product and your location. We aim to process orders promptly, and the estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of purchase. Our team ensures careful handling and delivery of your furniture to your doorstep.

How can I initiate a return or exchange for my purchase?

For returns or exchanges, please send us a written confirmation within 48 hours upon delivery. Write to us detailing any problems or differences with the received item(s). This helps us process your return or exchange quickly and address any issues you might have.

Can I visit a showroom to see the furniture in person before making a purchase?

We understand the importance of seeing and experiencing furniture firsthand. We have two showrooms in USA, one in New York and one in Dallas Design Center that you can visit by scheduling a meeting with us.
