Don't be afraid of PINK
In the last few editorials of ElleDecor and Interior design, red, pink & orange is popping up strongly. Pink was always considered a calming color for the brain. One of my favorite photos is the latest AD by Sunbrella featuring a pink sofa with a chesterfield, button tufted ottoman in the front in red.

An easy transformation would be a wall color change like the Farrow & Ball Cinder Rose shown here. You can also refresh your space by re-upholstering a small item like a chair or an ottoman in a pink red tone.
